Chandramari Global service is the process of organizing, tracking, and optimizing employees, their attendance, schedules, and productivity within an organization using a centralized software platform. Our system is fully permission-based, meaning every user only sees the features and data they are authorized to access by their organization’s admin.

Location is used only for attendance verification to ensure employees are at the correct worksite when marking attendance.

Face verification prevents proxy or fraudulent check-ins. The biometric data is securely encrypted and used only for identity confirmation.

The app collects facial images to generate biometric identifiers for user authentication and attendance verification. These images are processed using AWS Rekognition and stored securely with Cloudinary. All facial data is linked to your unique User ID.

Before any facial image is captured, you will see a mandatory consent screen. You must tap “I Consent” to proceed. If you decline, face capture is disabled entirely, and there is no workaround.

If you decline, you cannot use face verification features. All other app functionality remains available.

If you connect your Google Calendar, the app uses the Google Calendar API (CalendAPI) to read and create events related to your work schedule and attendance. Calendar data is accessed only for this purpose and is not stored permanently outside your account.

Facial images and biometric identifiers are processed by AWS Rekognition and stored by Cloudinary. Calendar data is accessed via Google Calendar API. All third-party services act only as data processors, are bound by confidentiality agreements, and do not use your data for their own purposes.

No, Google is not used for login. You can only log in using OTP verification. Google account access is optional and only used after login to sync calendar events if your organization enables it.

If you do not receive the OTP, wait a few seconds and try again. Make sure your email is correct and your network connection is stable. If the issue continues, contact your admin or support team for assistance.

Certain features like payroll, team tracking, or scheduling may only be available to admins or managers based on user permissions.

If your organization has enabled leave tracking, you can request time off from the Leave or Attendance section inside the dashboard.

Attendance may fail if location or face recognition permissions are not granted. Please enable them in your device settings and try again.

Only your organization’s admin can change certain fields like name, employee ID, or role. Contact HR for updates.

You can view past attendance records from the Attendance tab inside the dashboard, depending on your access level.
