Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Chandramari Global Platform (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service.

Account Eligibility & Responsibilities

To use the Service, you must be an employee, administrator, or authorized representative of an organization that has an active subscription with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

Employer Responsibility

The organization (“Employer”) that provides your account is solely responsible for managing employee access, workforce data, payroll settings, role permissions, and compliance with workplace laws related to attendance, tracking, and employee data usage.

Acceptable Use Policy

Users may not misuse the platform, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass attendance systems, impersonating another employee, reverse-engineering the software, uploading harmful or unlawful content, or interfering with system security or availability.

Biometric & Location Consent

By using attendance features such as facial recognition or GPS validation, you acknowledge and consent that biometric and location data may be collected solely for attendance verification and workforce tracking. Employers are responsible for notifying their employees where legally required.

Data Ownership & Access

All employee and organizational data stored in the system belongs to the Employer. We act as a data processor and do not claim ownership of your data. Employers may export or request deletion of data in accordance with their plan and legal requirements.

Service Availability & Updates

We strive to maintain 99% uptime, but we may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance. Features may be added, updated, or removed at our discretion. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the software, or fail to maintain an active subscription. Employers may deactivate employee access at any time.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for business losses, payroll miscalculations, disciplinary actions, employment disputes, or damages resulting from misuse of the software. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the active subscription term.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Employer is registered, unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
